Sliced Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. peeled and thinly-sliced pumpkin
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
2 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt; mix with pumpkin.
Line 9-inch pie plate with crust.
Fill with pumpkin mixture, then dot with butter.
Add top crust, cut slits and seal.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Can be frozen.
