Spinach Casserole (Salenchi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 tsp. each oregano, basil & garlic powder
    5 large mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzerella cheese
    1- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
    Bread crumbs
    parmesan cheese
    3 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Bring water and olive oil to a boil and add spinach and seasonings.
    Lower heat and cook until defrosted.
    Drain.
    Layer 1/3 of spinach in a one quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/3 mozzarella cheese, 1/3 pepperoni, 1/3 mushrooms, and a sprinkling of bread crumbs.
    Repeat two times.
    Cover with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
