Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt and add to eggs.
Blend.
Add corn syrup, butter and vanilla and blend.
Mix in oatmeal and pour into baked pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
