Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 can onion soup in beef broth
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops, pour off excess grease.
    Add celery, onion soup, water and thyme; simmer until chops can be cut with fork. Remove chops, add rice, place chops on top.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done.
    Watch that rice doesn't stick, may have to add a little water.
