Topsy Turnovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed and well drained
1 egg
3/4 c. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust dough
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine chopped broccoli or spinach, egg, cheese, onion flakes, garlic powder and salt; set aside.
Unroll pizza dough and pull gently to form a 13 x 10-inch rectangle.
Cut dough in half crosswise, then cut each half into thirds lengthwise to make 6 equal pieces.
Place equal amounts of filling on one side of each piece of dough.
Moisten one short side of each piece with a small amount of water.
Fold dough over filling and seal edges using the tines of a fork.
Place turnovers on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes until golden.
Remove from baking sheet to wire racks and cool completely.
Wrap each turnover separately and freeze if desired.
