Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook meat and onion together; drain.
Use large skillet.
Add sauce and Velveeta to meat.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Add all ingredients; mix well.
Spread chips in casserole dish.
Pour meat and cheese over chips.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
