Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can ripe olives
    1 c. diced celery
    3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and pepper; drain.
    Pour mixture in large saucepan.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, cubed Velveeta and cooked spaghetti.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into 5-quart casserole and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 16.
    Freezes well.
