Willie'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Drain tomatoes and reserve juice.
Cover pan with foil and coat with margarine.
Cut steak into serving pieces and arrange on foil.
Sprinkle with soup mix, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes. Mix juice, A.1. and cornstarch.
Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil over, sealing tightly.
Bake 2 hours at 365\u00b0.
