Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    6 c. sifted flour (plain)
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over flour, sugar and salt.
    Blend and cool.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sprinkle yeast into lukewarm water; stir until dissolved.
    Combine with egg mixture.
    Add flour mixture and blend well.
    Cover with foil and place in refrigerator.
    Keep in fridge at least 4 hours before making rolls.
