Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh garlic cloves
1 head lettuce (romaine), hand torn
1 egg
fresh ground black pepper
salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 minced onion cloves
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Rub
fresh garlic cloves around inside of wooden
bowl. Hand tear
lettuce,
then add the remaining ingredients.
Mix all together thoroughly.
Top each salad with whole anchovies, halved cherry tomatoes and croutons.
