Maple Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 23 cookies)
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) jars marshmallow cream
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. maple extract
    1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    additional frozen whipped topping, chocolate curls and maraschino cherry (for garnish, if you wish)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine crumbs and butter.
    Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In mixer bowl, beat marshmallow cream and sour cream until well blended.
    Add ice cream, walnuts and maple extract; beat well.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Cover and freeze overnight, or until needed.
    Makes 12 servings.
