Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. white sugar

Preparation

Boil potatoes and quarter.
Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook until mixture thickens.
Pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
