Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 small carrots, shredded
    1 onion
    1 pkg. dressing mix
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain, then mash.
    Add all ingredients except dressing.
    Put 1/2 dressing in casserole; add mixture, then top with rest of dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
