Sweet Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled

Preparation

Slice potatoes in a casserole. Heat butter, sugar and water to a boil.
Add vanilla and pour over potatoes. Heat in a moderate oven until bubbly.
