Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    2 (12 oz.) cans undiluted frozen orange juice
    6 (12 oz.) cans water
    5 large mashed bananas
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix first 2 ingredients and boil for 3 minutes.
    Cool and add next 2 ingredients.
    Add lemon juice and bananas.
    Freeze in quart containers.
    When ready to use, thaw until mushy and put in punch bowl.
    Pour ginger ale over mixture.
    Makes about 50 servings.
