Summer Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef
2 large tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, American)
1 bunch green onions
1 large bag corn chips
1 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Set aside to cool.
Dice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Chop lettuce and green onions.
Grate cheese.
Put all ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Add ground beef and corn chips.
Toss well.
Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Just before serving, add bottle of Italian dressing (or enough to satisfy taste).
Toss well.
