A Great Vegetable Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can wax beans, heated and drained
    1 can tiny whole beets, heated and drained
    1 head cauliflower, washed and cut up
    1 small jar green olives, drained
    1 Vidalia onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 head broccoli, washed and finely diced
    1 can sliced carrots, heated and drained
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 peeled cucumber, seeds removed and chopped
    1 small jar bacon bits
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate, covered. Serve with an assortment of salad dressings.
    Only add the dressing to individual portions.
    This will remain fresh and crisp for a week in the refrigerator.
