Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can cream/celery
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 corn muffins (Gold Medal)
    6 Ritz
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    seasoned salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute squash with celery and onion in 1 tablespoon oleo. Crumble cornbread and cracker together.
    Add 1/8 cup melted oleo. Beat eggs and add to crumbs.
    Add can soup mixed with little water.
    Add squash, etc.
    Season to taste.
    Stir.
    Add cheese. Pour last 1/8 cup oleo over.
