Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 links DD sausage
    3 cans crab meat
    1 fryer
    10 lb. shrimp (more or less to taste)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 bunch celery
    6 to 8 bunches green onions
    2 bell peppers
    2 lb. cut okra
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Remove and debone.
    Cut sausage into thin strips.
    Fry.
    Cut greens (onions, celery and peppers) into small pieces.
    Saute.
    Make roux of 1/2 cup oil and 3/4 cup flour.
    Brown well.
    Add sausage, greens and roux to chicken broth; also tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Also add Zatarian's liquid crab boil to taste.
    Cook over low heat for 3 to 4 hours. Add okra and chicken, also crab meat after you wash or drain crab meat.
    Cook until okra is done.
    Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are tender.
