Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) American cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Saute onion in oleo until tender. Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Stir in rice and broccoli.
    Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
