Chicken Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can Ortega green chiles, diced
1 small can green chile salsa
1 small diced onion
1 small can chopped black olives
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with quartered tortillas.
Mix together first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Put chicken (broken) over top of tortillas.
Pour mixed ingredients on top of chicken.
Put another layer of quartered tortillas on top.
Cover entire dish with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
