1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (1 lb.) can pears, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly in small bowl.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix sugar and 1 tablespoon flour.
Add these ingredients to sour cream mixture; mix well.
Quarter pears and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Top with sour cream mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
