Potato Balls(Deep Fry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes
    4 egg yolks
    lard or shortening
    salt and pepper
    1 c. softened bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes until done.
    Drain. Rinse and let cool thoroughly.
    In a bowl, mix the potatoes with yolks, seasoning and bread crumbs. Roll and shape in oval balls.
    Drop in deep hot fat. Let boil until browned (only a few minutes).
