Parsnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    parsnips
    flour
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and halve parsnips.
    Boil for about 5 minutes and drain. Allow to cool for a few minutes so not too hot to handle.
    Combine equal portions of flour and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Roll cooled parsnips in flour and cheese mixture.
    Coat bottom of baking pan with a small amount of oil.
    Place parsnips in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
