Sauteed Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 quail
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut the meat from the cleaned quail.
    Cut into small pieces. Dice the onion and saute in butter until soft.
    Add the quail meat and cook until done (approximately 5 minutes).
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 2 to 3.
