Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Mix all ingredients in order listed. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
