Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. cumin seed
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 tomato sauce cans water
    3 cans kidney beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes
    1 tomato can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin seed.
    Cook until meat is well seasoned.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 2 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
