Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (reserve 1/3 c. salmon liquid)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. onions, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pack in Pam sprayed baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until brown.
