Pineapple Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime or other gelatin (I use red)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. nuts, finely cut (can use up to 1 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice cream and stir until melted.
    Mix in pineapple and nuts, if desired.
    Chill until firm.
    Do not freeze.
    Serves 8.
