Oven Fried Chicken(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Wash and pat chicken dry.
    If desiring less fat, also skin chicken.
    Roll chicken in crumbs and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake 30 more minutes.
