Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 c. cooked, cubed ham (1/2 lb.)
    6 c. boiled, cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo in a large saucepan until tender. Add flour and seasonings.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
    Add ham and potatoes.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart, shallow baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
