Congealed Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange jello
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling apricot nectar.
Add pineapple and cool.
Stir in cubed cream cheese and chopped nuts.
Stir well and pour into mold or casserole dish.
Chill until firm.
