Spinach And Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 pkg. chicken tenders
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 small carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    6 flour tortillas (burrito size)
    3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions and mushrooms and set aside.
    Cook spinach and drain off excess liquid.
    Brown chopped chicken tenders in a skillet.
    After chicken is cooked add picante sauce to skillet and stir well.
    Heat tortillas in a skillet until slightly brown.
    Lay 3 tortillas on a cookie sheet and layer with spinach, chicken, mushrooms and onions, sour cream, and cheese.
    Top with other 3 tortillas, cover with foil, and bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
