Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 box Mexican Velveeta cheese (hot or mild)
    1 can chili (no beans)
    1 small can chopped green chili peppers
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook hamburger with onion.
    Drain excess grease.
    Cut cheese into chunks.
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot and let cook until melted.
    Serve with nachos.
