Zucchini Souffle(They Come Back For Seconds For This One) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 chopped onion
    cumin to taste (an under-used seasoning)
    1/2 c. oil
    6 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in greased 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
