Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans consomme beef soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    2 cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Bake in a Corning Ware bowl at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
