Ingredients

5 c. cider
1 1/2 c. sugar
10 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
all-ready pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

Boil until it thickens (first 5 ingredients), stirring with wire whisk.
Pour into prebaked pie shell.
Refrigerate until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
