Crispy Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, cut circular
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak onions in bowl of ice water about 2 hours.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add 1 1/2 cups ice water, all at once, and whisk until smooth.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Place all onions in batter and stir to coat.
