Ingredients

2 Tbsp. tapioca
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, partly thawed
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, in juice
1 c. fresh strawberries, cut in half
1 banana, sliced
orange sherbet
Preparation

Combine tapioca, sugar and water in saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly, to a full boil.
Add to orange juice concentrate, which has been poured into a medium bowl.
Stir in pineapple chunks and juice.
Chill at least four hours or overnight.
