Apple Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil.
Add dry ingredients along with apples and carrots and mix well.
Spoon into paper liners in a muffin pan; fill 2/3 full.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Makes about 16
muffins.
