Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Place mixture on top of cake mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
