Creole Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    2 onions
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Slice squash thin and arrange in buttered casserole.
    Add thinly sliced onions.
    Add mustard and seasoning to tomatoes. Pour over squash and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with grated cheese.
