Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    butter and paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Top with pats of butter.
    Cover; refrigerate.
    Before serving, sprinkle paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
