Spicy Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 24 wings, cut apart at joint and tips discarded
    1 (9 oz.) jar Hoisin sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Place wings in a large recloseable plastic bag.
    Combine Hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, red pepper and garlic in a separate bowl to make marinade.
    Pour 2/3 of marinade over wings; toss to coat.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
