Tart Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. melted oleo (1 stick and 2 Tbsp.)
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 or more tsp. milk if dough is too dry
    fruit filling
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients.
    Add oleo and eggs.
    Add milk if dough is too dry.
    Roll or press 1/2 of the dough into ungreased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch pan.
    Place filling on top of dough and with remainder of dough roll out and cut into strips and lattice it across the top of filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
