Crisp "N" Crunchy Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey cutlets
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. plain cornflakes, crushed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    steamed okra (optional)
Preparation
    Pound out cutlets.
    Pour milk in dish.
    Combine cornflakes, flour and ground red pepper in pie plate.
    Dip cutlets.
    Over medium heat, cook cutlets in oil; brown.
    Accompany with okra. Makes 4 servings.
