Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork roast, cooked and shredded
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    2 cans cream corn
    2 large cans diced tomatoes
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    plenty of pepper and salt
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for about 4 hours or you can put it on the stove in a large pot and cook until all of the flavors are blended, about 1 hour.
