Margarita Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 med tomatoes, slices
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper
    6 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
    2 med wheat tortillas
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
Preparation
    In a small bowl, place garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Thoroughly coat tomatoes.
    Place cheese slices over tortillas and place tomatoes on top.
    Sprinkle on basil and parmesan.
    Place tortillas on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Cut into wedges and serve.
