Peach Chadfonti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Generously butter a shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Place peaches in dish.
    In the blender, blend the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes.
    Pour the mixture over the peaches.
    Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes OR until Chadfonti is golden.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
