Fish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 minced green onions
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Use as a marinade or a basting sauce.
Great sauce for grilled fish.
